George Floyd Protest/Riots

Yes Juneteenth was the day the slaves were freed, but the Juneteenth Massacre was a separate incident.

I read that and they gave 4 different names for the massacre. Juneteenth isn't one of them. The massacre was May-31-June 1. I don't see a "teenth" on the last or first day of the month. Latrine Pro wasn't apparently so negatively impacted by the incident 100 years ago that he got confused.

The Tulsa massacre did not happen on Juneteenth. You're associating two different events. Trump's rally is on Juneteenth in Tulsa, where the massacre occurred, but the massacre did not occur on Juneteenth.

You're just confusing him with facts which will just outrage him more, you must be a racist.

He's conflating history. Trying to make something out of nothing.

You don't hold a rally on the day that slaves were freed at the location of the largest race massacre in American history. That's messed up. The name of it or the exact date it occurred doesn't frankly matter

I’ve seen some stretches on here before but you are pulling a Stretch Armstrong with this one .

Some more facts about the massacre since we're all so interested in history.

"The attack, carried out on the ground and from private aircraft, destroyed more than 35 square blocks of the district—at that time the wealthiest black community in the United States, known as "Black Wall Street".

About 10,000 black people were left homeless, and property damage amounted to more than $1.5 million in real estate and $750,000 in personal property (equivalent to $32.25 million in 2019). Their property was never recovered nor were they compensated for it.

More than 800 people were admitted to hospitals and as many as 6,000 black residents were interned at large facilities, many for several days"

Many survivors left Tulsa, while black and white residents who stayed in the city were silent for decades about the terror, violence, and losses of this event. The massacre was largely omitted from local, state, and national histories. In 2020, the massacre became part of the Oklahoma school curriculum."
