Yea, there doesn't need to be any group of people who constantly exhibit lack of maturity and emotional intelligence and routinely yell, scream, fight, and generally have low social interaction IQ
There isn't a group like that. If it is then what group would that be? I know of no group that would describe. if you actually believe that about a race or demographic you are either a classist or racist or most likely both.

Thought this was about the officers involved with Floyd and others involved with misconduct. To me, this appears to be a celebration that all cops should be off the payroll.

So now all officers should be penalized for the actions of a few? Isn't this the same issue that's been brought up by the protesters? Don't judge us by the actions of a few that went rogue, but yet here they are, demanding and celebrating all officers should be unemployed.

It's about changing the structures that allowed this crap to go on for so long. As an example, in 2013 the Camden Police Dept. disbanded and reformed as a new organization focused on community-oriented policing, which included 100 prior Camden Police Officers, but with a different set of priorities and a system that did not have the same set of goals as basically any other police department in America. They required you to knock on the door of every home in your neighborhood first day on the job. Crime decreased by 47% in 7 years along with a whole bunch of other improvements..

Bottom line is the organization and structure behind most police departments are corrupt and rotten to the core because they're tied into our justice system and and the politics in congress that entice them to f*** people over on a regular basis. Most cops are complacent in this so some will have to go. But if you want to start over along with a new set of good rules and cops you're more than welcome to.

Okay, for nearly 3 hours now they have had the third George Floyd funeral on TV. Presidents don't get this much coverage when they die.

Thuggish behavior is thuggish behavior. Has nothing to do with race.

The meaning of words evolve over time. "Negro" and "colored people" used to be perfectly acceptable (and are still preserved in entity names like "The United Negro College Fund" and "The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People"), but are now, at a minimum, anachronistic, and offensive to some or most (but not N-word territory). I would love to see an analysis of how the prevalence of the use of the term "thug" has gone up to describe young black men as the use of the N-word has declined. I'd hazard a guess they're correlated.

Thug is the new N-word. We know what Trump and his crew mean when they use it.
LOL "thug" can be applied to all races. The local newspaper always posts pictures of the recently arrested and they are all thugs male & female and 99.9% are always white with hispanic the rest.

It's all the same to the left.

One guy with a gun shoots up a place. = All gun owners are terrorists!

One police officer accidentally kills a person of color = All cops are murdering racists!

Last I checked no one was calling for the heads of EMT's and medical personnel. Also it's telling that the first word you used there was thugs. The biggest thug I know of is in the white house, yet somehow that's his favorite word to use to describe brown and black people.

Been over this before .. A thug doesn’t belong to a skin color , it’s the action of a person that makes them one .

Words sure do change over time. The word "they" now refers to a single trans person.

Comparing an event in Camden, NJ from 7 years ago to what is occurring today are not entirely the same. I very seriously doubt residents of that city burned a precinct to the ground and on another day chanting "you about to lose your job!" Wwre there issues between the two, certainly. Did both parties involved handle it properly? It appears they did.

Strongly disagree with your statement about most departments being corrupt. There are some that have some issues and that needs to be addressed.

Say HR comes to you and notifies you that you're being released from your duties due to the actions of other employees in your department, some you don't even know or have ever met. Is that acceptable?
