I think knowing the numbers both ways is important. It frames the conversation for actual change. It let's us set goals, it lets us KNOW when something is wrong.

If we dont know the numbers, if we dont know what we are aiming for we have no way to reach our goal. And all is as we see it now, chaos.

Truth is horrifying and difficult. But without we get nowhere, we are nowhere, and we can not change it.

Name 1 policy Trump has enacted that harmed black Americans, or Americans period? Just 1 will suffice.

Biden was a frontrunner on the 1994 crime bill, that has disproportionately locked up minorities under felonies for street level drug crimes. Biden did that. 40 years in D.C. Has done exactly zero to help with police brutality, nor improving the plight of minorities or those in poverty. Zero helpful legislation....as a lawmaker.

You cannot blame Trump for the actions of LOCAL POLICE departments, or laws that existed long before he was potus... Police are hired, managed, and held accountable by LOCAL OFFICIALS such as mayors and D.A.s...which in ALL MAJOR CITIES RIOTING are Democrat Mayors. Every single one. From Minneapolis to Atlanta to NYC...every single one of them is a Democrat. By definition that means that Trump has absolutely NOTHING to do with them. Nothing. The SAME people rioting in those cities ELECTED the Democrats who are 100% responsible for the policies and day to day accountability of local police officers.

Blaming Trump for what Democrats do makes this certain: either the folks blaming him are ignorant of how our country and the cities in which they live operate....or they know the truth and are completely full of sheit. It is 1 of the 2...there is no other choice.

I am all for holding the responsible parties accountable. To say Trump is responsible for garbage that happens in all the Democratic "strongholds" is either ignorance or insanity. It is that simple. Minneapolis has been Democratic controlled for 40 YEARS. Good luck blaming local behaviors from there on a Repiblican President .

1) Tax cuts don't decrease revenue. Increased spending I agree.
2) Tariffs are playing the long game, and a means to an end.
3) Stimulus is a joke brought on by the corona virus joke, exacerbated by the "medical experts" and the media, and the Democratic Governors and Mayors.
4) You really miss your bump fire thingy that much?

Cops, in general, have a disrespectful disposition and condescending attitude with the public far too often. That attitude needs to get checked. A good way to put that arrogant attitude in check would be to remove some of these protections they have whenever they are involved in a shooting or abuse case. They also have the inability to de-escalate a situation for some reason.

But here is the significant difference between a corrupt athlete and a corrupt cop. A corrupt athlete doesn't have the power to take way your life, liberty and property. That is why they need to be held to a much higher standard than these random people you just mentioned.

With great power comes great responsibility.

The problem is that many cities and counties are more focused on making new soccer fields and parks and entertainment. They don't Find the best Police men so they end up getting some below average guys

That’s a broad brush you’re painting with. I’m sure some are like you say but I know the vast majority aren’t. I don’t think many people have a clue what they deal with on an every day basis. Not sure what protections you’re referring to either. A big problem is A LOT people have zero respect for the law hence they have zero respect for law enforcement. People also actually believe the force used to stop a criminal should be equal to that of the criminal. That’s just idiotic. As for de-escalating a situation, how many times should you give a demand or warn a criminal before taking action or defending yourself?

I mentioned it in a post a few days ago, but what you are seeing is the ghetto-ization of America. Meaning, the perfect plan to destroy the black community was tested in the 1960s-1990s with liberalism, the break up of the family, decaying moral values and infestation of drugs. What you see out on these streets right now are those chickens coming home to roost. Now the plan is to destroy America, not just the black community. Unfortunately, a majority of black people do not realize that we are being used as pawns in this chess game and will be used as targets if it truly does ratchet up into a race war. Then, once the race war is over, the targets will then be turned on the other threats to society like middle class gun owners or ex-military.
