If Joe backs the #DefundThePolice movement, you have to think that’ll impact him negatively. Not everyone shares those views with the small, albeit loud liberal cancel culture sect of America.

Also, one has to wonder the economic impact of these major cities who do defund or as in Minneapolis, “dismantle” the police force. Who in their right mind wants to go visit some place without security?

Seriously? That was a bold claim, to not have anything to support it with when called out on it. I think you are probably referring to some pundits and analysts as being "Democratic leaders" and that is crap.

I'm sure you can point to some article with quotes that a strong recovery would help Trump's chances of re-election and hurt the Democrats. I'm saying that your claim that a "Democratic leader" is on record saying that a strong economic recovery would hurt them is crap. You are referring to analysts and television pundits as being "Democratic leaders". They aren't.

That really doesn't mean anything but you can't ignore the polls in states such as Arizona and Ohio. Biden doesn't even need to win those states.

I saw that last week. RCP does an average of the where the money is. Trump was up about 9 points; now down about 3. (49.3 - 46.3)

The shutdown has been about 3 months not 1 BTW. Your claim is saying all the 2.5 million jobs were the same people returning to the same job after being furloughed for 1 month. Should be a link for that.

This is the kind of imprecision that ruins political dialogue: Breezily ascribing to an entire party, or its entire leadership, some sentiment easily attacked.

I admit I've done the same thing from time to time with the GOP and will endeavor to stop.

Pretty close to it... more like between 6 to 8 weeks rather than just 1 month, though.
