I have been through many many interviews in several professions, i have sat in on HR conducted interviews as well. I have never once in my life ever seen a candidate for a job dismissed because of his race. How would YOU know if a hiring manager "thinks someone is not a good fit soley due to his race"

The top factors for hiring (depending on the field) usually involves:
- Dependability/Reliability
- Experience
- Education
- Willingness to take Coaching
- Works well with others
- Intelligence/Problem Solving skills
- Communication/Personality
- Other specific skills (bilingual, computer skills, etc)

No hiring manager of any serious company is going to think someone is not a good fit just because of race.
There are a million things people are judged on when interviewing for a job. I could guarantee damn tee you race is not in that

I've had this talk with my boss as well while trying to move up. It can be something as simple as how you sit during the interview. Do you sit straight or slouch. Is you answer enthusiastic or monotone. Simple little things that have 0 to do with race

You assume I never had doors slammed in my face. I did. So there is no need to imagine it.

Some were slammed because I wasnt in the right clique. Or social group. Or didnt know the right person. Or maybe the other person was more attractive. In the end, I didnt GAF. I kept moving.

It's not a black/white issue. It's a powerful government groups needing to divide issue to maintain power.

Well my grad school was paid in full by UT. So I guess I'm a little better than clown school.

You support an organization that's mission is defined by color, that is literally racist. You can not want to admit it, but it doesnt change the fact.
