Idk, people changed their stances on Kaepernick pretty quickly and the response to Brees is an example of that. He’s just behind the times, it happens and there’s nothing problematic about pointing it out

I was talking about the protestor who lit st Johns on fire, you don't think he came back for secondies? My guess is there were some who showed up for several days in a row.
Personally I haven't followed this because life. But I thought it strange there were no videos of the protests on June 1st other than after the tear gas and rubber bullets started.
Trump sliding across the street to pander was wrong, maybe I wasn't clear about that in the last sentence.

My neighbor boarded at McCallie in the mid-late 90's. He got robbed downtown at gunpoint. He came back home and showed me a pellet gun he had bought. I asked what it was for. He said the next time someone points a gun at me I'll be ready. I said dude then they would just kill you.

I got to use the pellet gun while he was away at school.

As long as people refuse to try and understand where the other side, whatever that other side might be, is coming from, change is near impossible. The idea that any opinion but your own is idiotic is what is truly tone deaf. Most people don't pull opinions out of thin air. There are reasons behind them, and reasons have meaning. Change comes through understanding, and you can't expect change if you refuse to understand yourself. You can't fight ignorance with ignorance.

I try not to and even denounced this in another thread, but have you heard of Fall Cabal. I keep trying to say no way its not possible, but the more this goes on the more my mind tries to lead me down that road.

Brees’ “but the FLAG” take is not new. No one is struggling to understand it, they just don’t agree, and there’s nothing wrong with that.
