It’s nearly impossible to prove racism through one act. That’s why I’m asking what examples could their be that prove it?

The people who say it’s evidence of systematic racism are advocating for eliminating all police. It’s fomenting racial tension and spawning riots in cities. Kind of a big deal, so it seems like a relevant question. By all indications this guy was a bad cop. And if we want to enact change to address the problem, we should probably know what the problem is
