Here in America, though, we absolutely do overcharge and you don’t walk of you win on the overcharge. The jury gets to consider lesser crimes as well.

It should be apparent I'm talking about walking on an overcharge. The jury gets to consider charges the prosecutor introduces; right now that is Murder 2 and Man.

It was dumb to upgrade the charge and aid/abet the other three. Unless Chauvin is on record saying "I'm going to kill this MF" or acknowledging the guy is going to die if he continues knee restraint - and the other three know it - prosecution should lose badly.

I was in the hood once many years ago at a stop sign at night. A guy jumped right in front of my car with a gun and started shooting maybe 4 shots at some other guys that I could not see to the right of me. He turned and looked at me as my headlights were on him. I was like oh snap and just ducked as I had no where to go. He ran down the street and vanished into the side housing. I skidaddled and read the paper the next morning and he hit someone with a .22.

The infuriating part is there ARE broken aspects of the justice system.

Black men HAVE been in a positive feedback loop with the justice system since the 60s.

They will never fix anything when their message is tainted with lies. "Black Lives Matter" has taken a play from the extremists (right and left) playbook of cornering the argument with a name like Antifa or Westboro Babtist Church.
