At this point I'm almost like that place deserves what it gets. Either demand more from your mayor or take what you get.

Insurance is not going to cover most of this. Damage from protests and riots is not included in most standard policies.

Yeah. Biden should have sent Barr out to instruct national park police to shoot tear gas and rubber bullets at demonstrators so Trump could walk to a church and, phony that he is, hold up a Bible. Speaking of knees I was expecting Barr to drop to his knees as he stood next to Trump

On my drive home from I caught myself profiling a couple of young white dudes wearing sweatpants, backpacks, facemasks, and gloves who were walking in the direction of the state capitol building. One of them had on a hoodie too, in 90 degree heat. I'm sure they were good boys but recent events have me on edge.

In a video posted Monday, documentary filmmaker Ami Horowitz went to the heart of the violent rioting in Minneapolis and spoke to the protesters.

“The media narrative has been that the protesters and the violence are distinct,” Horowitz prefaced the video, “but the vast majority of protesters that I spoke to, went out of their way to justify, in a non-socially distanced way, the anarchic orgy of violence.”
