TL/DR. More White people are killed by cops by a large margin, but black deaths are "over represented" due to a combination of extreme poverty which creates rampant crime with a few dashes of possible racism.

Blacks have a higher chance of dying of Septicemia, or drowning, or being killed by a hippo, than dying by cop.

Her quote was “if you look at all these riots, ain’t nobody getting hurt anyways. We just ****in up white mans money.” The news reporters then went on to say “what a great message”. Racism against Blacks is unacceptable but racism against Whites is accepted and encouraged
