Forums, media, and politicians represent the polar extremes, mostly. Aside from living their lives rather conservatively despite their voting habits, there may still be a rational Dem base of some size out there.

Some of us apprecaite the effort of good production value.

So much of what we see and hear on TV is a production as media attempts to shape opinion. Not even sure how it's an argument anymore that it's happening. CNN, FOX, it doesn't really matter. It's no longer journalism. It's about presenting a narrative and trying to shape your opinion. They're feeding the sheep. Both sides are guilty.
