At this rate, even as bad as Biden is - it's probably going to be enough. Both trump and biden are useful idiots, I think it's time we pledge fealty to our deep state overlords and hope they take pity on us.

I dont want it mandated. But dont cry when you get caught up in the scuffle. It is poor decision making to be in these after dark. There are numerous ways to protest other than downtown after dark mixed in with agitators.

I don't see how this ends peacefully. Unless BLM and non-violent leftists push back hard against these anarchists. The media and celebs are encouraging them and with social media now they are extremely coordinated...and violent.

When these riots are put down the paid for Antifa rioters wont even vote in November they will stay home and that goes for the other non Antifa rioters most likely.

At this point a lot of people don’t care. This fad has become the new norm and something aggressively needs to happen to walk people back to reality. These aren’t protests and it shows the large number of worthless people we have in the country and the need for even more law enforcement.

My point is just that both the rioters and police have been committing violent acts.

There is one innocent party: the protestors that simply want their voice to be heard.

Hordes of leftists may not be able to buy a gun since the GOPers are hoarding them.

I think your friends should buy a gun safe, a trigger-lock, and take a gun safety course, first. Then have the local PD or Sheriff verify they're not a risk to the public, and have an MD certify their mental stability, after NICS verifies they're not a felon. Some bureaucrat should decide whether they need a firearm for a valid purpose such as hunting or target shooting.

Then lock the rifle in the safe with a trigger-lock; maybe a logging chain, too. And a smaller safe to store the bolt and ammo.

I recommend a nice bolt-action, single-shot .22 Short rifle. Or maybe a sweet musket...and they should insist on licensing it before taking possession.
