Appears you’re right. According to Wikipedia Minnesota is one of a few states where 3rd degree murder doesnt require intent. That was the only way I could imagine he’d get out of a murder charge

Let's wait it out but I do believe they realize he is not playing. Anybody that loves this country know that order must be restored. At this point anyone that is deflecting this idea then you could also see them crediting a coach that is down 30 at halftime as hanging in there.

I like you too weezer. But I also have been around thousands of investigations and court cases and know what the police, laws, prosecutors, defense attorneys etc will do and how the arguments will usually go.

To say that things like mindset, criminal history, drug use, health issues, officer training, follow up statements, autopsy report etc dont matter because it is clearly murder (I’m not saying YOU are saying this) is quite naive and doesn’t take into account how juries think

Former Indiana Football Player Chris Beaty Shot And Killed During Riots In Indianapolis

Former Indiana Hoosiers football player Chris Beaty was shot and killed over the weekend during the violence in Indianapolis.

According to The Indy Channel early Monday morning, Beaty was shot and killed during the carnage at some point before midnight Saturday.

He was pronounced dead as soon as authorities arrived, and the report didn’t indicate if police have any leads at this time. Beaty went on to own Fresh Marketing LLC and “was an operating partner at Revel Nightclub and Lounge,” according to the same report. Beaty played for the Hoosiers from 2000 through 2003.

I have the experience to tell the physiology and behaviors of someone under the influence. It was pretty obvious with him. Slurred speech, large pupils, stumbling around, profusion of sweat due to excited delirium. See it everyday at the hospital as well as on the streets

There's another video from a different angle. Showing the truck as it's leaving the scene and heading toward the officers parked about 1/4 mile up the highway. The so called protesters chased after the driver as if they were going to retaliate.

They do need to work on their cardio though. Looked like a bunch of Butch and Dooley recruits out there struggling to run a short distance.

Honestly I am not even impressed with the crowd sizes. Sure there are many, but in context of 330 million, not so much.

Surely you can’t be serious. Walking to a church and holding up a Bible pretending to be a Christian is Presidential? He was pandering to his base and to evangelicals and wouldn’t know Jesus Christ if he walked up and slapped him in his orange jowls. What he did today is an insult to Christians everywhere but most of his supporters are too blind to see it. Does anybody think he’s read Two Corinthians yet?? That seemed to be the only book of the Bible he could come up with a few years ago and couldn’t even say that correctly. Let’s make it clear. There is only one church he supports and that is the First Church of the Donald and he darn sure doesn’t care about me or you. End of discussion.

Not sure how. Trump is an idiot and all the libs and their media have to do in order to oust him in November is not be more insane than he is and they can't do it. If Trump said breathing fresh air is great they would hold their breath.

Im sure it’s not uncommon for someone to say that when they’re being restrained. The difference of course is having a knee to the neck. Which by the way, what is the Minneapolis Police response to that method? Is that something they use? Unfortunately nobody is actually talking about the issues right now, being distracted w all this other nonsense
