George Floyd Protest/Riots

Can you give me those pieces prior to 2016?
Not from MSNBC, which has only been around since the 1990's, but from The Washington Post? Absolutely. I'm sure you are familiar with the reporting of Robert Woodward and Carl Bernstein from 1972-1974 on the break-in at the Democratic Party headquarters located in the Watergate Hotel in June of 1972, and the subsequent cover-up by President Richard Nixon and members of his staff, including Chief of Staff Bob Haldeman. Such reporting simply never takes place in a communist country. Woodward and Bernstein would have been arrested and given long jail sentences before the public ever knew that incriminating audio tapes existed.

The media is dominated by the left. The NYT hired a member to the editorial board that said she wanted an entire race of people exterminated. They adore and defend China at every turn, so yes, they love communism...or at least they think they do.
This is so profoundly ignorant. They could not exist in a communist country. So no... they don't love communism.

Let's hope he doesn't want to go that direction.
Agreed, there's no need for overwhelming force. But there needs to be pushback against those intent on destroying citties across America. A measured escalation of force appears to have started working in Minneapolis, something to that effect will do.

If this is true, then it is going to be the Wild West as I don't see some store owners just giving in without a fight if they know the police aren't going to be there.

Yup. Federal courts have already ruled the boys in blue have no legal obligation to protect or serve.

Pretend the family part isn't there bet he'd still want it protected.

And what do buildings usually contain?

I don't need to 'pretend', you are attempting to place your thumb on the scale in order to induce an emotional response instead of addressing what was actually said.

Same way the KKK has so many Volnation members.

Posters of the other political affiliation assign membership. You just have to accept your new role.

You're making light of the situation, I assume, because you find it too uncomfortable to address headon.

I don't think the conservative right is going to appreciate there folks being labeled as antifa on a whim, when the party in power tables eventually and inevitably turn.

When American's can arbitrarily be labeled as terrorists for protesting, we're all in trouble.

Even reworded you can't offer response without tripping over yourself.... I understand.

You asked me to "pretend" when I called you out for moving the goalposts, and I'm tripping over myself?

LOL, sit down.

I have no problem with this as long as they don't come after the property owner for doing what they have to do to protect their belongings.

Antifa is never there to protest, they are there to incite violence and destruction. Nothing more. I do agree that designating Antifa terrorists is a slippery slope argument but something needs to be done about them.

What are you trying to reach me with? That sometimes you just need to go thug and get a new TV? You sure aren't getting any sort of message across about George. In fact, your people have literally gone far enough that when this is over, George will be 5th page news. If you dont see that, just watch your new flat screen and eat your free ribs.

I personally am not trying to reach you. My point is that you/any bystander’s attitude of “I’ll only care about this murder when people act right and earn my attention” reflects a problem with that very person and can’t be pinned on rioters or anyone else.

I made a logical extrapolation based on the purpose of the vast majority of buildings. But I understand why you won't play along any further and that's ok.

Pardon me. When you said you "see it at MSNBC all the time", I thought that meant more times than never.

But you did get an example from 50 years ago.

Good job.

Uh. Like the domestic terrorists in Michigan for occupying a building peacefully?

It's not an uncomfortable subject for me. Our nation let itself get lead down this path and we spend our time fighting on who is right or wrong in a particular situation instead of just fixing it.

Also has Antifa actually been declared a terrorist organization? I may have missed that. It's all another "ism/t" used to escape the reality of the situation. Easier to blame a vague group than face the reality of there just being crap people.
