Best steak I’ve had: Wagyu bone in ribeye at Lonesome Dove. Only time I’ve actually felt a steak melt in my mouth.

Just got back from Kroger’s. There were no ribeyes to be found. I settled for Tbones. Two on sale for 42 dollars. Crazy.

I’m like NorCal, I don’t ever order steaks at a restaurant. They never get it right. A few years ago, I took my son to Longhorn Steak House. I ordered a ribeye, what I got was a strip. I knew better than to send it back. Lesson learned.
