I like a good sirloin. I also like a good porterhouse. If its thick, I like a good NY Strip. I love prime rib, I just don't really consider it a steak, its in a class by itself. Filet is for the womenses.

Yup. After the Ribeye, there is not much else, just fillers.

I like to use filets for breakfast. Cut them in 2" chunks, Sautee them in a little olive oil and garlic and serve them with over easy eggs and country potatoes or smoked salmon Benedict.and asparagus.
