Serious question. Was looking at a smoker yesterday. I get severe indigestion when eating Wicks bbq and have to forego eating it. Is it because it’s smoked and if so will all meats smoked cause indigestion?

3-2-1 method

smoke 3 hours at 225ish
wrap in foil and cook for 2 hours at 225
unwrap and cook for 1 hour at 225. baste at this stage if u eat them wet (which is wrong way)
His charcoal side not big enough for this method. He cooks em for 6 hours in that small area they’ll be hard as asphalt & taste like sidewalk. Pay more attention before giving dumb advice:rolleyes:. @rocytop2624 don't try this method

Put them in the oven at 220 with your favorite rub in an oven bag. When a skewer slips through with little pressure pull them out and glaze on the grill with your favorite BBQ sauce. All this up and down flip and flop wrap unwrap makes me tired. Oh, peel the membrane, you won't have to score it.
