Yea dumb move on my part. Haven't grilled that much money in awhile and about burnt them by starting a thread I should have just shared them pics later. I was excited though.They looked like they were heading to well done town, but I thought you might have some chocolate flavored beer to dunk them in.

Yeah the charcoal side would stay at 230 I can raise or lower the charcoal and the temp will go up some the propane side was a blazing 550 I was searing them. The charcoal steaks was better. They was thick cuts.Steaks are tricky. Time based on thickness is a good starting point, but imo you need to learn how to observe them. Might need just a bit shorter or a few seconds longer depending on the cut. And let’s not even get into how important getting quality cuts are.
