Differences in the rate of physical altercations between police and black people under arrest can be adjusted for by crime type and racial likely hood to resist arrest.

And blacks are slightly less likely to be subject to lethal force than whites.

Take it up with the boomers at Harvard I guess. I'm sorry you find it shocking blacks aren't actually being hunted down and murdered in the streets en masse.

That is because these rioters, whether you like it not, realize that you can't change the system by being peaceful protesters. The Michigan protesters were inside the statehouse with guns and that governor didn't budge a muscle. In fact, she doubled down. The government only respects power and violence, not your peaceful protests.

If it had stated asphyxiation that would be damning IMO. It appears he was having a medical episode, the officers actions at best contributed at worst caused it, it'll be interesting too see what other info comes it with the full exam results.

The racial angle is overplayed. These cops are shooting the s&%t out of whites and Hispanics, also. The problem is simply that we have too many cops and they are poorly trained and are far too willing to be the governments' attack dogs and revenue producers.
