He has had a huge hand in making millions lose their jobs, he wants more to lose theirs. He has been all over the place with his predictions, confirmed weasel and I have many other words for him but they would get deleted

Do you think his goal is for millions to lose their jobs? If so, why is that his intent? I understand you and Fauci disagree on the seriousness of COVID19 and the appropriate steps to take, but reasonable minds can differ. I also understand that he and people in his position have to operate with the information they have and this is a dynamic situation. Does that make him a weasel? Does he have some underlying motive I don't know about?

You are going to have more “cases” as a result of more testing. That is not a correlation to virus spread. If there’s 100 roaches in your basement and you see three and then turn the lights on and see ten more they didn’t multiply.
A roach analogy in connection with Texas?

I will allow it. This time.

Still operating my warehouse on the outskirts of Houston.

Virtually isolated except for the occasional truck bringing or picking up freight. And my wife who brings me groceries once a week.

Texas was pretty far behind on the volume of testing per capita. I haven’t dug into the statistics enough to have a feel for where we really are in the rate of spread... is it increasing, decreasing, or closer to steady state?

Time will tell, meanwhile I got catalyst to sell...

Q. Which Trumpers are going to send back their free money?

A. None.

I have been labeled as a Trump Humper several times in this thread. My take has always been that if you are still working you do not need the stimulus and need to forward it on to a family in need.

Do I need to turn in my Trump Humper card?

I agree that the tests we’ve seen aren’t expansive enough to rely upon them as gospel, as you say. And no I haven’t seen anything showing higher testing rates for TN as we haven’t had any specialized studies like NYC that I know about. That’s why I said it’s just a gut feeling. The thing is, there is no vaccine and won’t be for a long while, if ever, so we can’t wait on that. Knowing we can’t wait on a vaccine, the efforts have to turn to how we open safely. Some of the states are already doing that and no state is just ripping the band aid off all at once. All states, including GA, are taking it slowOT and easing back to being open. To me, all states should do the same. Some cities or counties may choose to do something different but there’s no way any entire state should be shut down at this point. Yes, there’s a chance it comes back with a vengeance this Fall but we can always shut things back down quickly if needed and we will certainly be more prepared. Plus, that’s 4 months away. Let’s stop being afraid of what might happen and just deal with what is right in front of us.

I think we are quite aligned on the situation, just not on the probability of a second wave.

Michigan Judge Sides with Barber, Rejects Gretchen Whitmer Demand to Close Shop

A Michigan judge has denied a motion made by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s administration that an Owosso barber close up shop during the coronavirus outbreak.

Great Lakes News was outside Karl Manke’s Barber & Beauty Shop on Monday when the ruling came down.

Reporter Katie Heid said the judge denied the state’s claim that the 77-year-old Manke to close his shop because he was allegedly in violation of Whitmer’s stay-at-home order.

“This is not only a big victory for Mr. Manke, but also for other small businesses,” she said.

“Who else will open their doors?”

The state Attorney General lost in its effort to obtain a temporary restraining order, NBC 25 reported.

The Attorney General’s court action, filed on behalf of MDHHS, seeks to enforce the MDHHS Director’s Public Health Order that deemed Mr. Manke’s business an imminent danger to public health in light of the COVID 19 pandemic and directs him to immediately cease operations at his barbershop. The State is seeking to schedule a hearing as soon as possible.
The AG asserted Manke’s open business presents “clear public health dangers”.

Manke told ABC 12 he reopened after unemployment benefits were denied three times.

The barber had been repeatedly fined for allegedly violating the shutdown orders, but supporters paid the fines.

The truth that he knew which will be universally shamed by the media and leftists. All the while they virtue signal he's the be all end all expert. I'm afraid Lady Liberty has been completely usurped by the willing and useful idiots whose only desire is to be led around by their nose ring virtue signalers. Shame on every one of you. There's more blood on your hands than you'll ever be able to lay at POTUS feet.

Why should a vaccine take a long time? They’ve had the process of getting Coronavirus vaccines for a long time in the veterinary world.
It’s a slow process to begin with and, similar to the flu shot, there’s no guarantee it works for everyone. The vaccine isn’t a cure, even if we develop one.

It’s absolutely his goal. His intent is for 100 million Americans maybe more to suffer. At best he just likes the attention he receives from the left

Of the 626 parents who responded, 40.8 percent said they were “more likely” to do so, while 31.1 percent replied they were “less likely.”

With political party as a factor, 45.7 percent of parents who said they would be “more likely” to homeschool identified as Democrat, while 42.3 percent identified as Republican.
