Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Going forward the plan has to be always have a plan that doesn't overrun the healthcare system and keep the economy open.
#1 plan should always let us be free and keep the economy running. The crap about overrunning the healthcare system was always just a fear tactic

I dont disagree with you. But he has stressed opening the economy and is ridiculed when he has done so. He isnt responsible for individual states. What actual moves do you wish he had made?
He should have spent time getting people who agreed with him in front of the camera instead of the same people pushing the shutdown. I don't care one bit about how he's treated. That comes with the job

I've not seen many experts, if any, that have said get back to business. Maybe he could have hired the guy from Sweden.

I feel the above non stated actual moves would have been the exact right moves.
Why did the president not just send his "let's open it up people" to the podium

I don’t see how anyone can vote for the democrats right.... they complain about trump but act like they can’t see what their party stands for.... it is beyond ridiculous
There is always 3 sides to a story. The rights, the left's and the truth is somewhere in between. It's politics.

I'm not some Trumper, although I have liked some things that have come from this administration very much. And I also like that so many of the entrenched federal employees hate this guy. So I dont rush to his defense, but dont see much he or anyone could have done give the corner he was boxed in. We've seen about 1 country take the leap of faith and I'm not sure they had to deal with a national media bent on destroying their president.

You are wasting time arguing with anyone who is on both sides of an issue. Careful you don't get yourself banned
As someone who sees the way this board is run, who gets warned, who gets edited, what gets deleted etc . . . I can't begin to tell you how dead wrong that is.

To one of the empty ward beds in the hospital? To one of the makeshift hospitals, to an empty hospital turned into a Covid only nursing home in a rural area (they are everywhere).....but you don't send them while still positive. Any medical professional who didn't recognize this was an asinine idea should have all their opinions ignored.
We had enough warning from cruise ships what could happen in enclosed spaces with the elderly.... and the cruise ship passengers were typically healthy enough to travel.
They have to have 2 negative covids in 24 hours to be able to even transfer to the next floor at our facility.

For those who favor the loosening of social distancing requirements, here's what Texas is looking like as of yesterday.

You are going to have more “cases” as a result of more testing. That is not a correlation to virus spread. If there’s 100 roaches in your basement and you see three and then turn the lights on and see ten more they didn’t multiply.
