A snapshot of how Donald Trump is perceived by other countries during the Coronavirus pandemic... Per CNN.com:
Thomas Gomart, director of the Paris-based French Institute of International Relations, said that Europe was watching Trump's response to the pandemic in amazement, calling his behavior "stranger than fiction."
"He (Trump) provides for us a very mixed balance of amusement and a sadness, which is just not what is expected from a U.S. president," Gomart said, an assessment that Spain's Javier del Pino, a leading journalist, shared.
"The way we look at Trump, it was a lot of fun at first," del Pino said. "It's not funny anymore."
According to the Washington Post, less than a week after the state reopened manufacturing and distribution facilities, construction, and offices, 600 employers have "turned in" about 1,200 workers for not reporting to work.
The data shows that shut down orders had minimal effect on people’s behavior, so just lifting them without a clear plan won’t do much either.

... that is Clay Travis. Not exactly who I would be deferring to as any type of authority on this pandemic. I'm not sure why we keep seeing his tweets posted on here.
People with high IQs are often misunderstood. They say things they would understand but the average person does not. This is why what they say is disjointed and incomplete. Idiots can can picture drawn for them and they still don't understand.
It was obvious in the press conferences that the media was only there to get the president to say something that they could spin in a way that the below average person would mean something that it did not.
This is very well evidenced on this board.
@joevol33 I was going to thank you for no longer wearing the hood at the store but I don’t think you made things any better.

TDS is real and that happens every time he speaks. However...
A high IQ and ability to communicate effectively are not exclusive. Speaking publicly is no time to go stream of consciousness; he's fully capable of organizing his thoughts and staying on point, which robs monkeys of their poo-flinging.
I think even below average people get it. It's really just radical leftists. As I stated recently:
I swear the left would fellate Hitler and the conversation would go something like this:
"Yah, I haff done some bad things"
"But......I haff some dirt on der Trump."
"Yah! - ho, ho! das nice!
You liken Uncle Addy now, eh?"
Yeah I’ve noticed this in the data for a while. It’s why I’ve said you can’t say “oh the lockdowns destroyed the economy”. No, the virus did. I’m not saying lockdowns didn’t add pressure or keep people home longer. BUT, if virus deaths kept growing, folks aren’t just going to go about things like normal either. Pandemics suck.
