Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

I think both of them are correct to some degree. Trump slides back and forth between "will disappear" and "likely disappear" while talking about whether it will disappear with or without a vaccine, and whether we need a vaccine. But at the same time, he states we need the vaccine. Indistinct and seemingly contrary sound bites are a continuous problem with Trump; it's like reading a Faulkner novel. It's baked in at this point, so I think I get what he's saying most of the time, but it's his biggest flaw.

Read it; it's a mess.

Here's what he should say: "No one knows whether the virus will recede on its own, or whether it would remain dormant if it did. We should proceed with vaccine development in either event, and are doing just that. In the meantime, we have to resume functioning as a society while doing the best we can at the federal, state, local and personal level to minimize danger to at-risk persons. And once we open again, we must stay open; we don't go backwards."

And then STFU. Done. Finito, and both he and the task force have a cohesive message.

A snapshot of how Donald Trump is perceived by other countries during the Coronavirus pandemic... Per CNN.com:

Thomas Gomart, director of the Paris-based French Institute of International Relations, said that Europe was watching Trump's response to the pandemic in amazement, calling his behavior "stranger than fiction."

"He (Trump) provides for us a very mixed balance of amusement and a sadness, which is just not what is expected from a U.S. president," Gomart said, an assessment that Spain's Javier del Pino, a leading journalist, shared.

"The way we look at Trump, it was a lot of fun at first," del Pino said. "It's not funny anymore."

Lol, like I give two ***** about what either if those two thinks. They're probably pissed because they have to do something for theirselves for once and couldn't count on the US to save them.

Interestingly they are both from countries experiencing worse death per capita results from Covid-19.

Did they test 1000 people or 100000? Did they test only in hot spots or randomly throughout the state.
... that is Clay Travis. Not exactly who I would be deferring to as any type of authority on this pandemic. I'm not sure why we keep seeing his tweets posted on here.

Bleach still works though, right? I drank some this morning. My stomach hurts and the skin is peeling off the inside of my mouth. But I don't have the virus yet. Looks like Donnie was right about this one.

SIAP, Seoul reopened and is now shutting down all bars/clubs in the city because of a new COVID cluster. Doesn’t seem like great news for major cities here

The purpose of the lockdown was to keep the hospitals from getting overwhelmed. Job done. Now it's time to get back to work. Keep the vulnerable home. It's really simple.

The purpose of the continued lockdowns are to keep the economy down. Notice how the jobless figures are endlessly being reported by the left? This is an attempt to blame Trump. Obvious statement is obvious.

What percentage of the voters are going to be swayed? 1-2% IF it works. That's a big, big IF.

The left is crushing the economy for, what you hope is, a few percentage points.

Also ridiculous. People really have their tinfoil hats on today

You have to be careful when posting test results contrary to the belief that hydroxychloroquine is something other than the Coronavirus wonder drug that Trump has been touting... You just rang the dinner bell at fat camp. Here they come!
