I think Travis may be arguing the wisdom of blanket quarantine and economic shutdown, instead of sequestering the at-risk.Dude where did I say anything about his voting habits or political affiliation?? I called him an idiot because surprise surprise if you have a pre-existing condition, you’re more likely to die from a virus, so we need to do what we can to prevent the spread of the virus and protect those at a greater risk of dying.
I also think a slow reopen, with screening in place in a good way to do that. But if things go south, going back to shutdown needs to an option as well.
I’m a registered Republican BTW.
I think the route we took was fine, overreacting is always the better option when dealing with an unknown pandemic, now that more data is coming out though I think a phased reopen is the way to go, with lots of testing, ppe for employees and social distancing.I think Travis may be arguing the wisdom of blanket quarantine and economic shutdown, instead of sequestering the at-risk.
That's a rational argument that should've received more debate before plunging into Option A.
I’m sure all is well under the ever watchful eye of the kremlin and Putin. But I’m not surprised you’re using one tyrannical government to support another.Everyone I ever met in Russia really liked Putin if that is what you think you are getting at. He is for building a strong Russia. Not bowing to every other country he thinks he 'needs'. And they also thought Obama was a joke.
