Had a backyard bbq...
cooking.jpg

The tater was cooked 35 days at 36,986,321 degrees Celsius
there’s rice under that Korean beef you can’t see.
There’s also fajita bowls and chicken noodle soup
not able to have a grill makes for only so so bbq chicken
If the bbq sauce is running off the chicken it wasn’t cooked on there long enough. In other words apply the sauce earlier in the cooking process. 🙂

it was there from the beginning. I repeat the fact about not having a grill. The other option is too make the oven hotter, but that quickly dries out the chicken. I choose runny bbq sauce over dried chicken

I saw the part about the lack of grill. So you’re saying it’s just undercooked. 🤣 My wife used to make bbq chicken in the oven so good a friend who enters bbq cooking contests couldn’t believe it was cooked in an oven. Juicy, delicious and the sauce never was runny.
