When you have 4 NFL RBs on the roster you put one at FB

Terry Donahue's quote when Travis Henry started running it down Arkansas's throat after the Stoerner fumble makes me so damn wistful.

"When Tennessee loses a player like Jamal Lewis, but they can come back with a Travis Henry or a Travis Stephens, just shows the depth of the Volunteers"

Bryson played for the Lions for years too. Loaded

Since we're taking in the memories...did any of y'all really feel that the program was headed in a bad direction pre-2005? I know we mention 2001 a lot, but I don't remember any of the Vols fans in my family being that upset over the SECCG loss. At the time it just felt like an opportunity slipped away but that we'd be back. 2002 was a letdown but we got Florida back-to-back the next two years. 2003-2004 felt like a return to form and that Fulmer was righting the ship and building us back up. Then...2005.

It's interesting to look at the SEC landscape then. No Saban. Meyer just getting started at UF and Spurrier at USC. Him beating Fulmer in his first game back at Neyland had to sting.

I wasn't nearly the fan then I am now, but people were pretty pissed about 2002. That team started top 5 and went 8-5 and got absolutely clowned by Maryland in the Peach Bowl.

i've never won any thing in golf. jokes on you

My one and only claim to fame in golf was when I was in the Marine Corp. I had just gotten to Japan (early 90's). Had only been there about 3 days. They were having a four man, best ball tournament. I was asked to play in it (CO thought it would be a good way to get to know people). They had a grading system set up for players based off of ability...from good down to new. Since no one knew me they gave me a C grading just based off of what I told them.

My team won the tournament and for the remainder of my time in Japan I was accused of being a ringer brought in just to win that tourney.

By the time we hit 70 you will be able to transfer your consciousness to a clone.
I feel like, scientifically, we are much closer to making brain implants, either to new bodies or artificial ones, than transferring consciousness.

If you could upload your consciouness...then it could be copied there and used multiple times. But I question if the "I" would really transfer and, if so, to which one? Or do you experience them all?

True.
I was just watching some highlight film. He kind of reminds me of DT.
We have a lot of young guys that have a real shot at being great. To'To has already shown his abilities. Crouch has not shown everything yet, but I think he has shown enough for me to believe it's coming...soon. There are several more who have flashed and shown a lot of promise. Keyton has done enough, in the snaps he has had go his way, that he could/probably will be penciled in as a starter now. There are more, but quite frankly, I'm drinking right now and just don't want to put that much thought into it.
