Do you think all college football programs cheat and bend the rules equally?
Do you think the one that cheats all the time is worse in any way than the one that has only cheated once and basically tries to run a clean program.

I can tell you from a high school football perspective, some teams/coaches are much more willing to cheat and bend the rules than others. I respect the ones who try to run a clean program much more.
