Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

COBOL may have originated in the 1950's is what they are driving at I believe. Either way, you are technically correct about it being taught up into the 1990s (it was offered when I was in undergrad back then). But I'm not too sure there are many people in my generation that used it after college. It would still be a learning curve.
I took a couple QBasic programming classes in high school and college in the 90s. They were actually a huge help but not because I went into some kind of field related to computer programming. It turned out that same language is used to write formulas in Excel so I've always been very comfortable doing Excel formulas and some of those can get fairly complicated. It was also a huge help in that I was able to program my TI-85 with all of the formulas in my engineering classes and save a ton of time on the tests. Those examples pale in comparison to using the language to program funny animations into my TI-85. I always enjoyed the programming and logical thinking that was required. I hated the math that was required though.

.....I'm all ears.
How the hell did you type that then?

Liar!

Those numbers are so flawed they don’t mean anything.

Side note: if I hear the words “social distancing” or “we are in this together” or instructions on how to wash my damn hands, one more time I may go postal

That's how I feel about those commercials from Mike Lindell from "My Pillow". I can't take it anymore....

Great. Children can become the middle man in this. They can take it home to their parents and grandparents. While it doesn't affect most children severely they do catch it and spread it.

Parents with school age children are at virtually no risk and they can manage the interaction with grandparents just as they are doing now.

I don't agree with their politics, but you can't argue with their educational and economic success. They got their s**t together.

I don't do much business in Utah anymore but I always found it tough getting in the door being a gentile.
