The most common question I get is "do we have to do/install this?" No you jacknape I spent spent three hours drawing, detailing, and spec'ing it because it's good exercise.

The most common comment I get is "we built X, now detail Y doesnt work" and I have to respond " did you build X per the drawings?" "Theres a drawing?"

Either that or "it cost too much so we ignored it".

I think generally in this country we are way too top heavy.

That sucks McDiggity. No housewrap is inexcusable...and depending on what year it was built, should have been required by code which would give you grounds to sue both the builder and the county which passed its sheathing/framing inspections. Your windows not being flashed and sealed properly also voids any warranty...and photos of that not being present would also be good evidence of bad methods/practices by the builder. No excuse for that...none besides being lazy or cheap. Those windows came with detailed instruction on how to properly install them...its the law.


Wanna hear some good news? Yall have surely seen me post that incoming fresh WR Jalin Hyatt 4 star will be the fastest Vol on campus from day 1 with a laser timed 4.33 right?? Guess who else is an absolute burner? Fresh QB Holliday was laser timed at 4.38 in the forty at the south regional NIKE Opening. That's super quick. I kinda doubt he ever sees the field as a QB...but as a slot WR, he could be special....we havent had this much speed in a class since probably 2000....we have to give the kid a real shot at QB though...the reason he picked us over the Obammers and Clemson's is because we told him he had a chance at QB...they all recruited him as an athlete/wr....
