Trump On Bernie Dropping Out: We All Know Who To Thank And Why This Actually Happened

After starting off the primary season with a bang, taking the lead, or close to it, in each of the first three primaries — a development that sent shockwaves through presumptive nominee Joe Biden’s suddenly imploding campaign — Sanders saw his prospects dramatically darken after moderates rushed to Biden’s rescue and helped the former vice president blow Sanders out in South Carolina and on Super Tuesday.

While Biden’s the big winner here, the person most to blame for the democratic socialist’s downfall, Trump suggested in a tweet Wednesday, is Sanders’ fellow far-left senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA).

“Bernie Sanders is OUT!” Trump tweeted. “Thank you to Elizabeth Warren. If not for her, Bernie would have won almost every state on Super Tuesday!”

Though he suggested that Warren deserved most of the credit for Sanders’ second presidential failure, in the end, Trump suggested, it was the Democratic establishment that torpedoed his campaign.

“This ended just like the Democrats [and] the DNC wanted, same as the Crooked Hillary fiasco,” Trump said, referencing complaints that the Democratic National Committee “rigged” the nomination process in favor of Hillary Clinton in 2016. “The Bernie people should come to the Republican Party, TRADE!”

In a follow-up post, Trump expressed surprise that Sanders wasn’t immediately giving his delegates to Biden. “Wow, Bernie is unwilling to give up his delegates, and wants more of them!” Trump wrote. “What’s that all about?”

No one from the left is excited about O'Biden, big problem for him.
As soon as his handlers give him the all clear to leave the basement it will be back to stuttering, forgetting his name and what office he's running for. He can only hide for so long

Sitting here suffering from both sides. Doesnt matter if its Bama or clemson. It ain't Tennessee. And it's only been 30 years for me.

I never stated my comparison was the seriousness of the matter, I doubt yours was either. I was making what i consider a more applicable comparison. Unless you have some insane level of TP brand loyalty going off brand doesnt matter to anyone. Most TN fans find it more difficult to cheer for Bama than making an off brand TP selection. And college football already has an appropriate term for the matter at hand. Band wagon or fair weather fans. What's the term when it comes to TP?

What was your anticipated takeaway from “the president doesn’t keep my butt clean” and then providing an analogy Involving a less serious choice?

If Alabama is on the title game, it’s easy for me to know who to cheer for: the other guy.

Where does third party fit in? Our elections are about more than backing the winner. This isnt Vegas. Voting for who you really want is what we should be doing in the first place.

Home depot sells clip on bidet kits for about 60 bucks. Seems like people cant be bothered to exert themselves in any analogy.

I just enjoy a good game. Allows me to be objective and call out both sides fairly.

The take away from the president wiping Luther's butt was that personal butt wiping is an immediate personal concern. I cant think of anyone, unless you are hoping for a pardon, can say they have immediate personal need for a candidate. Despite what luther wants to believe things arent nearly as bad under Trump as he believes. Nor is it as good as the red hatters want to sell. "Thanks Obama" comes to mind here.

Your anyone but Bama is admirable but doesnt get Tennessee closer to anything. And some will argue "But SEC". But either way it's still not Tennessee which is the only thing that matters.

I continue to find it hard to believe that the democrats are actually going to allow Joe Biden to be their nominee to run against President Trump.

President Trump can put two more Conservatives on the U.S. Supreme Court. Ruth Ginsburg is 87 years old. Stephen Breyer is 81 years old.

This is the perfect situation for Hillary Clinton to come in and save the Democratic Party from a completely dementia addled Joe Biden. The Democratic Party will just say that Joe Biden decided to exit the race because of continuing health problems.

I said something to that effect a month or two ago when the race to the nomination turned around, and the Dems all lined up behind Biden..

Trump urges Sanders supporters to join GOP after senator suspends campaign

President Trump on Wednesday urged Sen. Bernie Sanders's supporters to join the Republican Party after the independent Vermont senator announced he was suspending his bid for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Trump also thanked Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), reiterating his belief that she may have taken away enough votes from Sanders on Super Tuesday last month to cost him states. Warren finished third or in some cases a distant fourth in each state Joe Biden won on Super Tuesday.

"Bernie Sanders is OUT! Thank you to Elizabeth Warren. If not for her, Bernie would have won almost every state on Super Tuesday!" Trump tweeted.

"Can’t see AOC plus 3 supporting Sleepy Joe!" Trump tweeted, referencing Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) and Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.). Pressley supported Warren's candidacy, while the other three lawmakers were Sanders surrogates.
