Is it? I’d like to think so, but with our government telling us that literally anyone who dies of anything but also has covid is classified as a covid death, we don’t even know how many have actually died from this thing. I’m beginning to think these models that have time and time again been shown to be utterly absurd, scared us into overreacting and shutting down our economy costing millions of jobs. The thing is contagious but death rate seems super low. It seems to me that there would’ve been a better way than this.

The numbers are not perfect. Why do you think it's not helping?

What is your estimate of the death rate?

4 facts that require no argument:

1. You can improve many markers of health in a plant based diet.
2. You can improve many markers of health on a mixed food diet.
3. The maker of Game Changers has millions tied up in a plant based protein supplement business and to some, that might be considered a conflict of interest.
4. There are MANY reviews of that documentary that examine the claims and compare them directly to science so you can form conclusions based on more than one point of view. (Layne does not use kid gloves here.)

I will just leave that here for anyone to consider if they are interested as I’m certainly not the slightest bit interested in a debate.

Very happy for anyone improving their desired health outcomes ☕

How the crap could I know that? The point is, when they’re writing heart attack deaths as covid deaths as just one example, how do we know how many have died? But if we know that they are being very liberal with the mortality numbers, and thus far we’ve had 12k recorded deaths, then it is safe to assume that the actual deaths are much lower than that. And, if many more people have this thing than we know, and they do, as they continue to say many people are asymptomatic or have mild cases, then the death rate is even lower than they’re currently saying.

It can go the other way, too, and that’s what people fail to see. People throw around “an underlying condition.” Well, many people 35+ have had “something” they have had to deal with.

I am a 40 year old healthy person who has been running/walking 20+ Miles per week. Just got done running 4. Never been to the hospital. I’m not overweight (but probably slightly obese based on BMI). I take a high blood pressure pill. I believe I saw where 53% of a number who died of Covid (maybe NY) had hypertension. Well, damn, that’s me.

Maybe. But there was a report out that someone posted that said people dying at home in NY are not being tested because they are saving the tests. They aren’t included in the death numbers.

And we don’t even know if they are covid. Isn’t in amazing that pneumonia death numbers are waaay down. So are heart attack. The reason is that anyone with anything is either called a covid death if they test positive, or in many other cases, they are assumed as covid deaths even if they aren’t tested. We don’t know how many have died but the rate seems very very low.

Point is, there’s a better way than keeping this up
