All that to say Trump blew it and gave yet another example of why he is the exact wrong person for a moment like this.
There were a thousand better ways to handle it.
Always looking for that negative spin. Negativity is divisive, luther. I thought you wanted unity?

Thats a message for morons who never took basic chemistry. These are the same type of people who would supplement a zinc deficiency with rat poison...or in other words Darwin Award finalists. Not surprising this twitter dude would have a hard time understanding that. He probably has child proof drawers in his apartments kitchen while having no children.

Mine went up way more than 40% after Obamacare
Apparently you either don't get insurance through your job, had crappy insurance at your job, live in a state that didnt expand Medicare. Sounds like you need to talk to your conservative representatives.
My insurance through my employer went up maybe $20, and I live in a red state. That was when it first went I to effect. I now pay about $550/month for a family plan, in a red state.

If Birx, the C19 coordinator, and other governors are saying, that people traveling from NY should "self-quarantine", why should we not seriously inquire whether NYS should be quarantined? Other states such as MA are telling travelers to the state to self-quarantine for 14 days. Only five countries (U.S., Italy, China, Spain, and Germany) have more infected than NYS. Germany has only 5K more infected.

Emotions aside, why should NYS not be quarantined?
Trump was evidently looking at doing that, I would assume on the advice of his medical experts. But he decided otherwise, for reasons that are not clear but it was mentioned he had talked to the governors of NY, NJ and CT before announcing a quarantine of those states was not going to be happening (at least, not yet).

Your example is divorced from reality for a lot of people whose choices dropped to nothing after the market got manipulated.

That must be awesome to have your job..... here is my experience..... my wife had a government job which is awesome bc we paid 100 dollars a month for insurance..... when Obamacare hit it exploded to where we were paying 800 dollars a month.... that was the main reason she kept the job so she decided to leave and we paid 800 dollars a month.... my company left and a new company took over.... They wanted 1000 dollars a month for insurance so I was able to cover me and the kids while my wife covered herself to make insurance around the 800 I had been paying..... now I am at a new job and pay 800 dollars a month as well..... This is from living in two different states that would be considered red. I have, however, lived in a blue state where everything was way more expensive..... I can’t imagine insurance being any different.
