-Federal $15 minimum wage

-Permanent paid leave

-Study on climate change mitigation efforts
The provisions will apply to the companies and business rescued by bill.

The Federal minimum wage I think is a funny argument that the left doesn't understand. I think that they think if the federal government mandates a $15 minimum wage it applies to everyone. It doesnt. It only applies to federal employees. I have NEVER seen a job below a GS-5 which is $34916. Thats $16 an hour.

Something tells me most dims havent actually done the math on $15 an hour and how much money that actually is per year..

What's the effing hurry? There shouldn't be a rush to pass this bill. besides he virus is a hoax, it is under control, it's going to disappear and everyone is just panicking.

Take your time (at least one or two weeks) and hammer out a bill that might be helpful. No one knows how things are going to look in two weeks. But I'll bet we have a clearer picture then.
