I agree, I would bet that if we tested everyone in the country the number of positives would be close to 100k. If there was a way to test to see if people had it and got over it the number would be even higher.
Testing for immunity would be more useful, especially for the high-risk folk, because those immune wouldn't actually be high risk. Even still, anyone immune or otherwise can still spread the virus through contact. At the time being we don't have enough of the essential items necessary to be responsible. But that's something that can be remedied.
