Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

If you want to fly in April or early May, Spirit has a ton of $18 flights to most everywhere.

I bought all of my fall football/basketball flights the other day (hello, Madison!) at rock-bottom prices, as well as some trips to see buddies over the next few months, but I can’t say with any confidence that any of them will come to fruition.

Washington State has got the National Guard in place and is already assigning “essential personnel” car stickers. Looks like they’re getting ready to lock it down.

You didn't ask a question.
Sorry I was short but I was doing about 5 things. If I’m accurately stating your position, the reason I called red herring on your first statement is that imo, it went something like this.
You: We could use central planning like China.
Me: central planning sucks and has killed a lot of people.
You: When we vote, we are voting to be centrally planned. (red herring)
You: Trump voters are anti-gov types. (I called red herring and non - sequitor on this because if the act of voting is an endorsement of central planning (which is gov) how can Trump voters be anti-gov? According to the logic Trump voters can’t be anti - gov because the fact that they vote is an endorsement of central planning.

It’s weird to watch how the different governors are reacting to it . Northram here in Virginia said , since was in the 80s today he encourages people to get out , he also lifted the licenses for restaurants that sell beer and wine so they can sell them to go now .
Wish they would do that here. It's 80 and humid but everything is closed...indoor eating....bars...the beach.

Welp.... Our refrigerator went out this morning so we went to Home Depot this afternoon to get a new one and guess what? They are sold out. Damn hoarders 😡

Oh ,and you can’t order one because they are assembled in the US and they are shut down😡😡

Dry Ice will help until you can find one.

Anybody think this beats 911 as the most significant national event in your lifetime? I think for me it is. I’m 41 for reference.

29, and there’s no question that this is the biggest upheaval I’ve ever experienced. I fully recognize that it’s hard to grasp the magnitude of things when you’re a kid, but 9/11 wasn’t nearly as impactful for my family/community at the time as this ordeal has been.

At least we could go places during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
