Half my family are healthcare professionals, and none are necessarily freaking out over the virus, but all are currently ill with respiratory illnesses, which puts them at greater risk.

Maybe they're not overly concerned, but I'm concerned about their present risk category.

Other than that, surprisingly, I agree with most of your statement, but it's a big enough deal, to not downplay.
