I don't think it's bad thing to hit the pause button for a few days. It may be painful in the short term but will be overall less painful in the long run. My biggest concern is that I don't believe we have a firm handle on the severity and how it behaves. Many on the side of "This is over reaction" are as bad as those that are contemplating going under ground for six months. I don't think either groups have enough information to really form a logical conclusion. I think in the next two weeks things will become more clear as to how we need to proceed. It also allows a little more warm weather which may help in reducing the spread.

We've stocked the fridge and freezer as well as the pantry, not because we feel armageddon is on the doorstep but so we can avoid crowds at the grocery store. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks this thing starts to subside and we can get along with our lives.

NFL Draft related...

Let's say the Titans decide to take a QB in round 2 or later, who would you take or want them to take?

Me personally... Jalen Hurts in the 4th (maybe the 3rd).

I’ve escalated from slightly concerned to moderately concerned

So dumb.... people acting like the Black Plague part 2 is taking over.
Man it's funny you bring up the Plague. I've been watching those Underworld movies again. Alexander Corvinus became the first immortal because the Plague mutated his body. Maybe the coronavirus could make that 1 and a billion person immortal. If you view the world like a comic book, it's possible.

A few years ago, a female drunk UGA fan peed in a trough in a men’s restroom at Neyland. Does that count?
I've seen a few of them wonder or stumble into the men's room to piss over the years. The funniest one I recall was back some time in the 80's in one of the upper deck men's rooms. She approached the trough and pushed a guy on each side of her over to make room to squat. She was pissing away and looks up and says "what the %$#! ya'll looking at?"

Seems to me like they are taking a few weeks off because the virus has a period of infectivity and actual symptoms. I guess they want this thing to cycle and by the time they start back up they are expecting those who are actually infected will be hospitalized and those that aren’t will be good to go back to school / sports/ etc.

More durable, played in tougher conferences and looked to have plenty of arm talent at the combine. He's probably still a bit raw, but I think he's got more potential to be like Wilson more than Mariota.
Sorry man, just dont see it. Kiffin used his legs to turn him into a viable qb, but I dont think he can be a starter in the NFL.

He won’t last that long imo. Talk of him being the second of the two second round picks for the Bears...and he may not slip that far.

Well to be fair not many 4th rounders are... I don't think the Titans should draft high, but I also don't know that Tannehill is the long-term answer, he has missed time with injuries in the past.

It was Oklahoma...but he showed a lot of passing acumen there. How much was system how much was player? So far Oklahoma’s QBs circa Lincoln Riley, haven’t fallen into the Texas Tech typecast.

That's what I'm expecting, he killed at the combine and when ya throw on the tape you see a dude that plays pretty smart. 9k career passing yards at over 65% for your career with a 4:1 TD to INT ratio in the SEC & Big 12 is pretty impressive, never missed a game either. Plus 3200+ rushing yards with another 40+ TDs with his feet....

I thought Oklahoma would be a mistake and his weaknesses as a passer would be exposed...it weren’t.

I wonder if ESPN is just going to be a talk show network through all this, or if they're going to go all in with the classic games?
They had Stephen A Smith on in the office at school earlier, we were going to show the Tennessee game. I asked the school secretary, who is not a sports fan, if she was enjoying Stephen A. she looked at me like this.
