2020 Presidential Race

Think harder. Logically, both are counterpoints to someone saying that black lives matter, disingenuously attempting to muddy the waters by implying that we're hearing "only black lives matter" when literally no one, anywhere, was saying that. It's the racist's version of snowflakery, finding a nonexistent reason to be offended ("they think only black people matter??") and screaming about it. Both phrases are trash in the same way that the textualist "we just care about all people" fake-innocent defenses of them are trash, and any actual "logic" will generally lead right back to that.
Or they just truly think all lives matter and that it’s pointless to think one specific group has to separate itself to make a point

BS I’ve seen tons of people use that phrase and they aren’t racists at all

Every single person with a logical mind would use them . Saying all lives matter is a term of unity showing that one life has no more or less value than another . Separating into groups is a left wing , identity politics agenda , and one of the reasons why they’ve had a socialist running for POTUS twice now with a progressive AOC carnival barking in the background .

Everyone thinks all lives matter, there's no reason whatsoever to shout that in opposition unless you're looking for a reason to argue

Who said it was opposition? If someone posts all lives matter, it doesn’t mean it’s an argumentative point except to the idiots who are drilled into thinking one shallow way

We need to:

Rejoin the world economy with treaties.
Treat our allies like allies.
Don't cozy up to autocrats.
Address climate change.
Ensure health care continues.
Require mandatory background checks on guns.
Allow reasonable immigration.
Don't insult everyone who didn't vote for you.
Unite instead of divide.

Trump fails on every count. If you don't recognize these facts, you're part of the problem.
I'm glad you posted this again. I wanted to reply yesterday after you posted it the first time.

Rejoin the world economy with Treaties.
I found a list at CNN of the treaties and agreements Trump has ended.
Paris Agreement
Trans Pacific Partnership
UN Human Rights Council
UN Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization

Which of these do you consider mandatory to participate in the world economy? Did we disengage with the world economy due to ending the 4 treaties listed? Were we not part of the world economy before these treaties came on the scene?

All lives matter, and that includes black ones. I've said it before as a reminder that we should be centering on mutual love and benefit, and getting our eyes off of collecting into groups based on who looks like us.

I don't think both phrases are trash. I think both phrases may have been abused at times by agendas. But I'm sensitive to those who cry that black lives matter out of the pain out of pain for losing a loved one, and the fear of either actual or perceived systemic racism. I'm also sensitive to those who say that "all lives matter" as a message of unity, common courtesy and love/value that transcends what people look like.

See my above breakdown of your logic. You can't change it. You're making errors in critical thinking that an eighth grader should spot.

Seeing people say "black lives matter" after a bunch of high-profile murders of black people, and deciding to edit their message and shout over them, is definitely something other than support

I get your point and it is well taken.
What makes them "high profile"? Police? Other races involved? Because black on black crime in places like Chicago doesn't seem to be "high profile" even though it is more frequent.

*doesn't respond to actual topic about "support" through ALM*
*asks off-topic question*
"hey, you didn't answer my question"
It’s ok. You answered my question with your sidestep, that is what I figured from your post that you are easily gullible with certain agendas

Glad you're posting here dude.

He also pulled out of the Iran nuclear agreement. A big one IMO as they don't have the bomb yet, unlike NK.

I think the Paris Agreement is critical, based on my knowledge of its intent. Climate change is real. People can deny that our planet is warming up, but all science says otherwise. We need to work with the entire world to solve this... Trump's "America First" nationalism is chest thumping skulduggery.

TPP I also support. Nature abhors a vacuum. We pull out and guess who effectively fills it in? China.

We've conceded our long time leadership to short visioned nationalism.

Don't know much about the other 2 you listed, but hey, we're well versed at ignoring (and commenting) human rights violations. Khashoggi anyone?

That's true and these are valid questions that should be discussed. But in the period we're talking about, they already were high profile, and there was no undoing that. It maybe wasn't the best time to come at a bunch of grieving people with the "actually, black-on-black crime" speech. There are valid questions about when the best time is, but I feel pretty confident in saying that wasn't it

They were “high profile” because the media likes to portray criminals getting shot while doing criminal things as racist when race had little to nothing to do with it

I didn't say it was. That said, if you are a hater, you could use that as a shield to downplay the true concerns of people of different races. I didn't realize that was happening till after Trump was elected and felt it was okay to be ugly and full of hate.

Edit: and I am not saying everyone who votes for Trump is full of hate or racist.

Complete bs. The race card is so played out. If you want to look at race issues (hate, rioting, assault, vandalism,) derived from people of authority look no further than Barry Soetoro.

I find it odd that a nuclear weapons treaty is part of what you identify as a need to be a part of the world economy. As far as I know, we haven't altered our trade policies with Iran.
I can see your point on Paris Agreement although I don't agree with your stance on it.
The TPP was never adopted by Congress after the agreement in 2016. I'm not sure if Congressional adoption of a treaty is necessary for it to be valid in our government. But it looks like this was one which isn't all on Trump.

So, I think your 'world economy with treaties' is a point which carries very little weight.

I'll type up some dialogue on your other points a little later.

Guns already have mandatory back ground checks on users. Personal experience so I dont need a link. I tried to buy a gun at Walmart twice, and roadblocks left me empty-handed both times

Trump has let in 20,000 less immigrants in 2019 than obama did at his most in 2015

Cant help with the insulted category as people seem to be insulted at Trump no matter the lack of personal contact. I put that on the user vs Trump.

Climate change Global CO2 emissions in 2019 – Analysis - IEA
We were the second biggest drop in the world. And biggest by use of energy. He is really terrible at killing the world allowing the US to reduce emissions.

Trump and Erdogan (turkey) have butted heads. Trump increased the tariffs on Russia which lead to that tiff between russia and OPEC last week with saudi Arabia dumping oil. So he isnt buddy buddy with all of them and it is usually considered good diplomacy to talk with those guys. I know you struggle with double standards.

China, canada, mexico, japan. Trump has signed one less treaty with an international nation than obama over a similar two year period. Treaties in the Age of Donald Trump

Here is a link complaining about our health care so it hasnt stopped. Here's how the US health care system makes it harder to stop coronavirus - CNN

And I will need specifics how many allies we arent treating like allies and what that means to you. I can think of the Kurds, but that was aligning with turkey and iraq. We have stepped up our presence against China in the SCS per requests of our allies over there. Particularly Japan, korea, phillipines. The vietnamese have also been appreciative as well as Taiwan. No one in europe has been attacked so no NATO there.

Care to post any of your own links?
