Bringing up that anything Biden has done Trump has done a thousand times worse is not a comeback, it's the truth. Joe has always been the way he is--it's well documented and he's managed to be a Senator and a VP without being sent to a nursing home. (edit: IMO, he's been a good senator and VP, and I know he will attempt to heal our country and embrace all of us, which is more than I can say for Trump. He also has empathy and is not cruel.)

DNC Changes Debate Format — Bernie Staffer Says They’re Protecting Biden

Another debate format change may benefit former Vice President Joe Biden, and at least one staffer for Independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is questioning the move.

According to the Democratic National Committee, the next debate — which is all but certain to be a head-to-head matchup between Sanders and Biden — will allow both candidates to be seated and take audience questions. This would be a dramatic change from the previous debates, during which the candidates faced questions from the moderators and stood behind lecterns for several hours. “The DNC has changed the format for the next debate, where Joe Biden would have had to stand at a lectern for two hours and answer questions from professional moderators, to one where both men will be seated and answer questions from the audience,” tweeted Common Dreams senior editor and writer Eoin Higgins.

Looks like the DNC is doing what it does best. Picking the candidate themselves......have to cheat to win.

I'm sure Trump will make fun of Joe Biden but that doesn't make him mentally healthy, just cruel. I was referring to Biden since she was ignorant enough to say he would bring us all together. But since you have to do the "but but but Trump" line, I don't see Trump bashing the every day dem voter, he goes after politicians and liberal members of the media.

What makes me SMH is how anyone could have ever supported Trump without fully expecting that justifiable reaction.

Not going to argue against Trump being an ass hat, because he is. But part of the reason this country needs healing is the fact the Dems never came to terms with Hillary losing. Now you're saying Biden will "heal" the country? How? Because he's a Dem so that will make them happy again? If this country needs to be healed from anything, it's the growing political divide, not Trump. And no matter how the luther's of the world try to spin this as being "Trump's fault", that's just choosing to ignore this problem was growing and festering long before Trump ever took office. You could argue it's come to a head during his term, but exactly whose fault that is is up for debate. Neither side is innocent, though both sides like to make that they are. The Dems made it quite clear after the election they had no plans to work with Trump and immediately went on the attack. And Trump is a narcissist intent on showing he's in control. Both sides are guilty, so blaming only one side is naïve at best.

There's your problem. You believe the reaction was justifiable. It was not. And when a Dem president is met with a similar reaction by the right, you'll howl about the injustice of it..

And the same question applies to Hillary. What were you thinking? Obviously they weren't thinking.

I should have made my vow of lent to stay out of the PF.

Right now, there is no other candidate that says they want to work to bring us all together-- Democrats and Republicans. Both sides of the aisle, etc. I know people like Kasich and Romney are hated now and probably Bernie Bros would be horrified, but I like that he is saying this. It's a start-- I hope that he will keep to that. Call me naive, but I have to hope. This video about Biden not political but heartfelt..

This is fun. Let’s use your own word assault. Please list for me the number of women/children who have accused Biden of assault. Not your interpretation. Then list the people who have accused Trump of assaulting them. Which list is bigger?

It had nothing to do with Hillary losing and everything to do with Trump winning.
Until that critical distinction is acknowledged, the lesson will continue t be completely misunderstood.

Trump is not normal.
Trump has never been normal.
Trump should never be normalized.
