Until a few days ago most southeast states had only conducted around a dozen tests total, in some cases less. Maybe that’s “doing just fine” by your standards but demand will increase when people start dying in your county too. Hopefully there are enough tests for you by then.

The CDC/fed absolutely botched the tests. Have you not read anything we’ve been posting?

Lol. There have been how many deaths? And they are from a nursing home in Washington state and California. Not exactly southeast states

My apologies I had not heard there was a death in FL today. Why are we not hearing how many related deaths to this virus are pet who are suceptable? Elders and people with issues that can likely lead to death.
30 k deaths last year caused by the flu. Is the flu a pandemic? Stop playing on people's fears. It won't be long and the truth will be out.

Got all got and bothered when I compared President Trump's swift travel restrictions to China for the Corona Virus outbreak to that of President Obama's complete open borders policy towards Mexico during the swine flu outbreak

My gut tells me that 80k cases in China is probably low. They are supressing the number because of a lack of ID

We're on our own. Government doesn't have any interest in slowing this down. Their main objective is covering up numbers to keep economic confidence high. Hospitals are going to be overwhelmed in a few weeks. We're handling this like China did. This has been growing unchecked for weeks and maybe months because we don't want to know the truth. Disgraceful.

It's a virus. You're not goin to contain it no matter how much you quarantine. And people will die. And while that is tragic, people die from something every day. You're born, you live, you die. Unless you kill yourself or you're a death row inmate, you don't really get to choose what kills you. Whether it's this virus, or a heart attack, or cancer, or violent crime, or any of a myriad of other ways, when it's your time to go, it's your time to go. Living in fear of that is pointless. And using this in the political blame game is dumbassery. I don't care who the President is, you simply cannot contain a virus like this.
