No, it is constitutional if the government decides to require ID to vote. All it takes is legislation and it would not be overturned by the courts bc there is no constitutional argument against it. Liberals don’t want it for obvious reasonsThe doc is a max of govt power not a min. Saying "it's not in there so govt can do it" means you view the doc from the wrong starting point

It is an infringement of someone's constitutional right. No different than me asking for a background check before you can purchase one of your sacred guns.
