Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

We have certain criteria for running flu tests. I'm sure they aren't going to test everyone that sneezes. That would be ridiculous. You are going to have reactionary people showing up at the hospital requesting corona testing because the media has blown this up so badly. They will just say no, you have a cold.
On the other hand we have inf A positive pts who want to bring 25 family members in daily and they aren't washing their hand or wearing their masks the whole time in the room. I tell them if they don't follow the process posted on the door they won't be allowed back. Period. People can be stupid.

That's the one that amazes and infuriates me - the hordes of family and friends that gather with the patient in waiting rooms. Sometimes a wife or husband or in the case of the elderly someone to drive them, but no more. While in the surgical waiting room waiting for my wife, it was like a damn party for a couple of groups ... I just want to sit and read my book in peace - as much as chairs that were worse than bleachers would allow.

This is true. That was definitely a 727 crew.

Here's another to go with it:

What's the most commonly heard question in a 727 (A very loud cockpit) ? Huh? What'd ya say?
What's the most commonly heard in a (insert the most modern airplane you have)? What the Hell is this thing doing now?

And:
Old Lady to pilot on the way out: Sonny, was that a landing or did we crash?

The three most common expressions (or famous last words) in aviation are: "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh S--t!!!!"

Check this site. I found it looking for one I couldn't quite remember

StrategyPage's Military Jokes and Military Humor

I liked the one about the SR-71s at Kadena. They were operational at Kadena when I was on Okinawa; I loved watching them (unfortunately mostly on the ground) - absolutely fascinating planes.

You're right - all actions should be Corona-centric. All other actions should stop. Nothing else can be discussed.

The First Lady should be working in a hospital caring for the sick

At times like this, you never know when you might need a space like tennis courts to lay out victims. I know you get it, but I'm wonder if that should have been in blue.

Look at the white house as being the 2020 version of Downton Abbey in WWI and the first lady is the head nurse.

She's a little too much something for me, but I have a feeling Melania would raise "morale" among a lot of patients.

Not if you pack the court with the right judges. Of course, probably best if you don't play with Chuckie.
Good point. Trump certainly would do his best to only have judges that see through his eyes, and berate the ones who don't.
