This is a great setup. The establishment government spends three plus years openly calling for “resistance” against the sitting President. When these people get replaced, it’s because the President wants someone “loyal.” I believe people are resisting just on basis of their beliefs, and the President is replacing people who are more impartial.

As far as the SC is concerned, Ginsburg was wrong in her comment and apologized. But her comment did open the door for the President to question her impartiality. As far as Sotomayor, her dissent went beyond the case she was dissenting from. And it didn’t address the reason the SC was hearing that case anyway. Meaning, lower court liberal judges acted outside their purview in unilaterally blocking the immigration changes.

Florida now has 4,000,000 newly registered democrats since the last election. It may be much tougher for Trump to carry this state. I don't want to see Bernie elected, but I have consistently predicted a swing in ideology because each side seems to be doubling down and getting further away from the middle.
