All campaigns have the ability to request a re-canvassing by 1 pm EST tomorrow. I am 100% certain there will be a re-canvass by the DNC.

I have no doubt the DNC will step in after the way everything was handled. I think the request is just one of those formality things.

That’s what you want to be true but it’s more likely the opposite. Both Pete and Bernie are going to have lawyers all over the ass of this recount. Smaller version of Bush vs. Gore Florida. This will be, at the end of the day, the most accurate of any primary. Still a giant dumpster fire and incredibly embarrassing for the Dems.

Delegate count is all that matters in Iowa, same with the electoral college. If Bernie and company do not like it, they are more than welcome to not participate in the Democratic nominating process. If Bernie would have won Iowa the same way, I doubt they would have much of a problem with it.
