The anti-war folks were out in big numbers, raising holy hell. They got their way in the next Pres election in 1972, and nominated McGovern. Seems like he won a state or 2, can't remember. He was from South Dakota, and I believe he won it.

He didn't win South Dakota. He won Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. Now that was a landslide.

I was just noticing yesterday the ages on the stage behind each candidate. Biden's were much older, but Bernie looked like he had 19 year olds sitting there.

Basically the point I was trying to make. Bernie is going after the young impressionable voter. He has had weak ideas his who career but has now found something with a few young, radical congresswomen that want to overthrow the system. They are hitting colleges for teenagers and I've even seen kids at his rallies. I don't think Bernie gets anywhere near the White House but he is stronger than he was 4 years ago. He is a just as much commie as a socialist. He is driven though he is aging and health issues. He wants to see communist policies.

BTW.....I asked my mom when I was little (like 8) did they have color in those days when she was growing up.
All those old movies in the 40s where they're in B&W.
