Well CJ, if the family is actually pushing him to get away from Tejas then LSU should not really be a factor. Sounds like the family wants him away from bad influences in Houston area. Houston to BR is closer than Houston to many other points in Tejas. Being close to bad influencers can lead to bad outcomes, so I hope your info on the family is right. I also hope he sees a better route to the field through us than uga. The MOOSE is on the loose, so fingers crossed he shows this kid AND HIS FAMILY the benefits of being a VOL.

Who knows, Who Cares. He has connections that may or may not be feeding him good or bad info or both. He has hits and misses and it is quite obvious kids (17-18 year olds) are hard to predict. It is obvious, it is what it is......take anything you read on this board as a grain of salt until signed.

He’s got to see he’s gonna get blown up with the new GA OL. That difference to our favor has dramatically flipped in the last two years. I am sure that will be hammered home this weekend. But with his buds already at Georgia, I think he goes back to them.

My goodness, @Atlanta VOL lives rent-free in so many posters' heads.

I take his info with a grain of salt, and certainly don't get bent out of shape if his info doesn't end up coming to fruition.

He f’ed a girl at FSU who was hot and opened her legs and begged. Then he got mad at CMR for not being dedicated as he needed to be to win championships and wanted to beat the crap out of him for not being driven enough after he had got lazy.

It's not so much Atlanta Vol as it is the cult of characters that post and hinge on his words as if he was a true insider or a coach or a God.
What is so bad is the Following that post and believe until it doesn't work out like it should and then defends him.
855 posts that may have some accuracy with "I can't tell you or I will at a later date" and then he disappears for 1-2 weeks after the smoke is clear with a one-liner that clears nothing up.

You can't ignore him because of the groupies......LOL

I hope he is right too but worries me the part he told me about Georgia strong arming the kid and blocking him from any SEC team since he signed with UGA the way I understand. Not sure how that works legally but I'm afraid the kid or his family will freak out if being threatened by UGA. Hopefully Nieds does his magic and reassures the family and kid that Knoxville is the place for him and they can get him in, eligible with no repercussions from UGA and get him on the straight path to a bright future. My friend can't stand Kirby or Georgia, he is actually a FSU fan.

I have never watched video or anything on Evans but my friend who has ref'd high school football in Houston for over 20 years keeps telling me he is the real deal and will play on Sunday 100% in the future and one of the best to ever come out of Houston area. He claims he is a good kid from a good family but has made some kid decisions and perhaps the recruiting process has went to his head a little much. I think my friend goes to the same church with his family plus he has ref'd a ton of NorthShore games this year and in the past.

I am no recruiting insider or anything just a die hard 40 yr Vol fan living in Florida, just bringing what I was told to the discussion from a friend ex co-worker who is close and knows the family well.

This is the easiest sale to a 5 star RB this staff will ever get. If I’m wrong please explain which team has a better opportunity for this kid. I’d love to hear it. If he gets here this weekend I’ll go a head and call it. He will be a Vol next season.
