Kansas City's run defense is 26th in the league (if my sources are correct). Forget about tackling Derrick Henry, this dude hasn't been able to tackle anyone this season.

Give up 4.9 yards average per rush. Frank Clark is fixing to have his arse handed to him. Titans O-line gelled nicely over the past couple months of the season when Lewan decided to stop talking and start playing.

I don't even care if Hardy commits to us after all this, I'm permanently ignoring OD and the whole Hardy Thread.

Was what LSU ran this year a true Air Raid? I know they threw it a bunch, but it seemed a lot more vertical than what Leach, Kingsbury, Harrell, etc. run. And I didn’t think that Brady was a part of the extended Mike Leach coaching tree. It may be a distinction without a difference.

Yea it really was. Burrow had 118 more passing attempts than the next closest in the conference.

For reference: compare 2017 OU with baker mayfield and 2019 LSU with burrow.

Attempts: BM 285/404 70%
JB: 402/507 75%

I posted a long thing about their WR Jefferson’s production and usage vs last year. Basically they started using way more spread out bunch/stack sets and We’re almost strictly gun. They moved him to the slot so Bc he was struggling with separation from the outside so when he’s stacked up with another WR or TE it’s virtually impossible to press him. His average depth on his routes where he was targeted was almost cut in half. Their offense was built around mesh concepts and they ran a ton of false verticals (where the QB has no intention of throwing it to the deep WR but they only run it to push the defense back) And would drag mainly Jefferson ( he lapped the next closest wr in yards off crossing routes) and other across the formation. Since lsu was so athletic defenses basically couldn’t play man against them in these sets. So when they are in zone being pushed downfield and you have burrow who is fantastic at quickly finding and hitting holes in zones under neath and intermediate distances. It’s lethal.
