I'm just thinking, if you're trying to sell it, why in the world would you try to make the nerds and dweebs at the ranking sites, to be the mafia.😂😂😂
"And don't even get me started on what the garden club is capable of!"
yeah, can you imagine a Rutherford or callahan type throwing out death threats?

lol.

here's my hot take: I'd rather have Monken as my OC than Chaney. You can't really look at his Browns tenure since all the beat writers basically say he was ignored by Kitchens the entire time. That Tampa Bay offense from two season ago was nasty. Monken can give you an offense like Brady had with LSU. Countless analytical studies have been done that show that focusing primarily on the run is less successful. There are definitely edge cases (the Titans this season), but the pass should be used to open up the run, not the other way around.

Are you saying Chaney wants to rely on the run???

I don’t think Chaney wants to run all that much. His big thing with OL is pass protection. So that’s what he likes to do as he did with bray and Dooley.

I do agree with what you’re saying tho. The titans are not winning Bc of anything they are doing offensively. Their defense has been fantastic.

I do agree tho and i said it earlier. I don’t want Georgia running any kind of spread or air raid Bc that would be just as deadly as LSU this year with the right QB.

Not saying I'd rather have him over Chaney, but Monken is a big upgrade for UGA, if Kirby lets him run his offense the way he wants to. Folks around here got real excited about Mike Yurcich when he was an OC possibility last year, and Monken was the guy who preceded him at OK State under Gundy, with arguably better results. Tampa Bay led the NFL in passing offense and total offense his last year there. I'm not saying the results will be the same, but this is exactly the blueprint that Orgeron did at LSU hiring Joe Brady, who didn't have nearly as good of a track record as Monken going in. Kirby may force him to run the ball more than he should, and Jamie Newman probably isn't going to be Joe Burrow, but on paper, it looks like Kirby finally did something Smart, as much as it pains me to say it.
