Kevin Mays Suing Georgia!!!!

So, Big Kevin has this accident in December 20, 2017 and suit gets filed just inside Georgia's 2yr. statute of limitations. Why are we just now finding out? I guess I am trying to assess the cause and effect here as to what is impacting what. Did the information about the suit come out only after the younger Mays put in for the transfer or is it the other way?
We are probably just finding out because when they went to talk to an attorney about a transfer waiver request being filed for the NCAA the lawyer said what da hell you mean you don't want to sue them? We've got to get this filed before December 20 so we can claim hostile "work environment" or the football practice equivalent lol. That's the ticket big Kev to a 30 minute drive to see both your boys playing in Neyland in 2020. We will keep it quiet until Cade requests transfer portal in Jan. We most likely will never know but I guarantee something very similar took place.

Mark schlabach said in an interview today that Kirby met with Cade this morning and told him. Also said that from what he heard from several people was that the whole staff was caught off guard.
I think behind the scenes the family has known he was wanting to come back home. I still think they will just settle out of court and Cade can use that to help with his appeal. citing the "hostile" work environment. In reality it probably is a little awkward being around your employer (uga athletic dept) while your dad is suing them for 3 mill. lol

Kirby told CAde what according to mark? I’m a bit confused.... do you have a link to interview or a little more detail. Thanks. Oh and I agree they will settle.

I am rather fond of both of my pinkys, they've been with me since the beginning, but if the going rate is 3 million then I do believe I could spare my left one.

That is a crazy story. This is something I would expect Tennessee to be on the losing end of the way things have been the last 10 years. It’s nice to be on the winning end of crazy stuff for a change. Go Vols! Pay that man UGA. Haha

Nailed it! 🤣

He’s very Graduate Assistant-ish on the sidelines. I guess he wants everyone to think that’s his alpha energy level or something.

My favorite was v LSU when he went all nuts, chest bumped the guy after a turnover, got knocked back on his ass, probably bruised his tailbone, and then replay reversed the call, no turnover. All those histrionics for nothing 😂. Complete jackass.

This is 100% accurate! Dude has some serious attention issues. I honestly would take Butch Jones' schtick any day of the week! Embarrasses me and I'm a rival fan.

This Kevin Mays situation reminds me of something that happened to me once ...

I was walking out to my car behind Ruby Tuesday one night. And laying between my car and the next was a human toe! Yes, had blood on it and it was huge like a big toe just laying there. I think I just froze for 10 seconds just standing there. Started looking around with all kinds of thoughts racing like "is there a body" or "are they watching me". So, I just called 911 and told em where I was and what happened. Operator thought I was nuts I think. Finally a couple of Catoosa County GA guys pull up and taped off the area. My dang car got stuck in the police zone and I couldn't leave. Finally detectives came and marked off the area and chalked around it and then covered it up. They even searched like a 200 yard area for anything else and nothing came up. I finally was allowed to move my car and leave the area after about 3 hours! All but one cop just left. So, I rolled down the window and asked the deputy what they were gonna do? He said nothing more. They would just have to call a toe truck!

Be careful out there folks.
