We are probably just finding out because when they went to talk to an attorney about a transfer waiver request being filed for the NCAA the lawyer said what da hell you mean you don't want to sue them? We've got to get this filed before December 20 so we can claim hostile "work environment" or the football practice equivalent lol. That's the ticket big Kev to a 30 minute drive to see both your boys playing in Neyland in 2020. We will keep it quiet until Cade requests transfer portal in Jan. We most likely will never know but I guarantee something very similar took place. So, Big Kevin has this accident in December 20, 2017 and suit gets filed just inside Georgia's 2yr. statute of limitations. Why are we just now finding out? I guess I am trying to assess the cause and effect here as to what is impacting what. Did the information about the suit come out only after the younger Mays put in for the transfer or is it the other way?

Kirby told CAde what according to mark? I’m a bit confused.... do you have a link to interview or a little more detail. Thanks. Oh and I agree they will settle.Mark schlabach said in an interview today that Kirby met with Cade this morning and told him. Also said that from what he heard from several people was that the whole staff was caught off guard.
I think behind the scenes the family has known he was wanting to come back home. I still think they will just settle out of court and Cade can use that to help with his appeal. citing the "hostile" work environment. In reality it probably is a little awkward being around your employer (uga athletic dept) while your dad is suing them for 3 mill. lol
He’s very Graduate Assistant-ish on the sidelines. I guess he wants everyone to think that’s his alpha energy level or something.
My favorite was v LSU when he went all nuts, chest bumped the guy after a turnover, got knocked back on his ass, probably bruised his tailbone, and then replay reversed the call, no turnover. All those histrionics for nothing. Complete jackass.
